You may wish to learn more about The Role of the Physician Assistant/Associate in Our Practice.

Tracy Marchetta, PA-C

After knowing her professionally for over a decade, we are delighted to welcome Ms.Tracy Marchetta to the practice. Tracy has been a clinician in dermatologic medicine for eighteeen years and developed a devoted following in her former home state of New Jersey.  When she knew that she would be relocating to Delaware, she got in touch, and we didn't hesitate to ask her to join us.

Tracy is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey which was among the first  top PA programs in the U.S. She later became a clinical lecturer in dermatology within the Physician Assistant Program at Arcadia University.
As a new PA,  Tracy initially pursued her chosen career in the field of invasive vascular surgery.(iwhich, she tells us was great preparation for dermatologic surgery) and later, worked in primary care serving disadvantaged people in Philadlephia.  Eventually, she found her true calling in dermatology and has never looked back..

Ms. Marchetta is a wife and a mother who enjoys knitting, reading, and is skilled at home improvements. She also enjoys travel. More recent adventures have taken her to South Africa, Sicily, and France.  Tracy tells us that she knew that she wanted to be a physician assistant from the age of thirteen.  We are so very happy that she has chosen to follow her dreams to Delaware Valley Dermatology Group.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and listening to showtunes given her other true passion is live theatre. You might even find her working backstage at a local community theatre in the future. Ashley will be getting married in the fall of this year and is looking forward to starting this next adventure in both her career and in life!
