Our most important service is the one that can save your life -- the annual skin check.  With melanoma and other skin cancers ever on the rise, we want to make sure that you are safe.  At the same time, rest assured that we will never recommend unnecessary surgery. Contrary to what you may have heard, not every spot or mole needs to be removed.  If it is truly suspicious, a biopsy is called for. And, if the biopsy results show no indication of cancerous changes, no further action will be recommended. In addition, to being board-certified in dermatology, Dr. Saruk is also a board-certified dermatopathologist and takes well-earned professional pride in his  ability to determine the appropriate course of action in every case. He has trained Ms.Fitzpatrick to his standards and they work in tandem to ensure that you recieve the very best care  -- skilled, compassionate surgical intervention when you need it, and  a "fond-farewel-'til-next-year", when you don't.

•Non-surgical nasal re-contouring: sometimes necessitated by a poor outcome following cosmetic surgery of the nose). Done with dermal fillers, the re-contouring procedure is also a great alternative to cosmetic surgery for people with certain types of nasal deformities. Although not a viable solution for everyone, nasal re-contouring with dermal fillers can achieve dramatic improvement for people who otherwise might be contemplating their first cosmetic surgery or even their second, or third or fourth;
