Appointments

Please call our office to make an appointment or fill out the appointment request form. One of our patient services coordinators will be happy to work with you to find a convenient time for your visit. Every attempt is made to accommodate patients with urgent needs on a same-day basis. Also, please know that we have recently instituted automated confirmation calls to free us up to focus on the more critical areas of patient care. You can confirm your appointment immediately and we encourage you to do so.  Accurate scheduling is critical to knowing where we can fit in that last minute urgent care appointment.  It also enables us to cut down on extended wait times. For this reason, we require 48 hours notice for appointment cancelations, except in the case of true emergencies. So when you get that confirmation call, please follow the prompts.   There will be a $25.00 fee for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.  Everybody deserves the best possible care and last minute cancellations or no-shows adversely affect everyone. We appreciate your help and cooperation.

We also ask you to please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to ensure that all your paperwork is in order before you are seen.  We realize that sometimes lateness is unavoidable.  We would, however, appreciate the courtesy of a phone call to let us know that you will be running behind and to see if you can still be accommodated.  We do understand and will do our best to fit you in.  Nonetheless, if you will be more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, we may have no choice but to ask you to re-schedule out of concern for the time-constraints of your fellow patients. Moreover, patients with appoinments for pre-paid promotional services who arrive more than fifteen minutes late for their appointment will forfiet the promotional discount on that service.

   No need to wait to begin receiving the cosmetic services you want.   We now offer CareCredit®.  For those who qualify, CareCredit® is a credit card that can allow you to finance services and procedures not covered by insurance, particularly cosmetic procedures.  When used properly under the terms of your agreement, CareCredit® can allow you to spread out your payments interest free.  To learn more, speak to one of our patient care coordinators or medical assistants.  Financing is subject to minimums and other restrictions.
